La canzone è tratta dal nuovo album della band, “Battlefields of Asura”, che è stato pubblicato lo scorso 12 ottobre via Spinefarm Records / Universal Music Group. Il videoclip di ‘Flames Upon the Weeping Winds’ omaggia il classico film “2001: Odissea nello spazio” ed è stato diretto da Chuang Chi-wen, abituale regista dei filmati della formazione di Taiwan.
