Kanonenfieber: guarda il video di “Sturmtrupp (Live in Oberhausen 2024)” dal nuovo live album “Live in Oberhausen”

“Live in Oberhausen”, il secondo album dal vivo dei KANONENFIEBER, è stato registrato durante il più grande show da headliner della band, a Oberhausen, in Germania. 1.800 fan hanno riempito la Turbinenhalle II, che ha registrato il tutto esaurito, partecipando a una serata speciale durante il tour di supporto a “Die Urkatastrophe”. In totale, sedici dei venti spettacoli europei sono andati esauriti mesi prima dell’inizio del tour. Questo ha segnato un altro traguardo per la band tedesca.
La scaletta comprendeva brani popolari tratti dall’album di debutto “Menschenmühle” e dai successivi EP, oltre a otto brani di “Die Urkatastrophe”. Alla sua uscita l’album è entrato nelle seguenti classifiche: Germania #3, Germania vinyl chart #5, Austria #13, Finlandia physical chart #8.

KANONENFIEBER released their first album, “Menschenmühle”, in 2021. Since then, the band played several highly successful tours. Their elaborate and dramatic live shows stunned crowds at renowned festivals such as Hellfest, Summer Breeze, Rockharz, Full Force or Party.San, leaving them shaken and speechless.
KANONENFIEBER is the brainchild of Noise, who writes and records all of their music. For live shows, he is accompanied by friends who allow him to focus on the band’s crushing vocals and signature bombastic stage performance.
As with “Menschenmühle” their second album “Die Urkatastrophe” is based on factual reports, letters and original documents from the surviving and deceased soldiers from the First World War. Its intent is not to glorify, because there is no glory in war. Everyone loses – their lives, their souls, their humanity. War is often depicted in an abstract way, through numbers and statistics. KANONENFIEBER aim to tell the stories of the nameless and the faceless in order to allow for a small glimpse of their personal horrors, and thereby the larger scale horror for mankind as a whole. KANONENFIEBER’s black and death metal isn’t meant to solely entertain, but also educate and raise awareness against the glorification of war.
