I PAIN OF SALVATION sono tornati e pronti a pubblicare un nuovo album di inediti. “PANTHER”, questo il nome scelto per l’ultimo tassello nella discografia degli svedesi, sarà pubblicato il 28 agosto 2020 su Inside Out Music. “PANTHER”, il seguito di “In The Passing Light Of Day” pubblicato nel 2017, ed è stato registrato, mixato e prodotto da Daniel Gildenlöw e Daniel Bergstrand (In Flames, Meshuggah, Devin Townsend) mentre la copertina è stata curata da André Meister. Il commento del mastermind Daniel Gildenlöw: “Abbiamo impiegato 2 anni per completare ‘PANTHER’. Ho sentito la necessità di alzare l’asticella, di sperimentare, sia musicalmente che a livello sonoro. Un approccio diverso, un altro punto di vista senza distogliere la concentrazione da quello che è il nucleo della band. I temi trattati nei testi delle canzoni sono più che mai attuali e quando mi fermo a guardare la grafica e il concept posso solo essere entusiasta del risultato.
